AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy System Features Range of Catheters

The AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy System included a range of specialized catheters available, allowing the physician to choose the length, diameter and clot removal power appropriate for the patient.

AngioJet Power Pulse Delivery enables select AngioJet catheters to power-infuse physician-specified fluids directly into the clot and then, using the same catheter, remove the softened clot from the body.

The Fetch Aspiration Catheter provides the handling characteristics of an AngioJet catheter with the smallest crossing profile of any manual aspriation device, said the company. Special convex tip design and superior aspiration performance make the 4F Fetch Cathether stand out, according to Possis.
